About Me:I am GIS (Geographic Information Systems) systems analyst for a large Texas state agency, my main focus is on providing GIS support to users statewide and in supplying statewide and localized aerial and satellite imagery to the masses. That being said, my work does not define me. But, these things do – I’m a husband to a wonderful wife who allows me to pursue whatever interest I may venture into. We have two Siberian Huskies that can run forever. I’m a wannabe fly fisher, I get outside and wet a fly whenever possible. I’m a cyclist – mountain, road, commuting… riding a bike makes me feel like a kid again (the slowest I can ride is as fast as I can go.) I like to travel, Shiner Beer, BBQ,  Tex-Mex food and Dr Pepper. That pretty much sums me up now some site info…

About the Site: Simply put, this site is going to contain things I find interesting in the world of GIS, GPS , Fly Fishing, Cycling, Hiking, Dogs and my Family.  There will be a focus on getting outside and enjoying the great outdoors while there is still plenty of it to enjoy. All the photography on the site is mine and was taken by me unless otherwise stated. All views and opinions expressed within are mine and do not represent anybody else’s  but mine. Please don’t take site to serious, its just a way for me to get my word out and have a little fun in the process.
